Questions parents ask us
How are drivers verified?
Each driver uploads their CNIC, driving license, vehicle registration, utility bill, a personal introduction video and full vehicle videos. Our admin team reviews each document and only then approves the driver and vehicle.
How does the monthly fare work?
You post a request with your budget, drivers send offers, and you accept the one you like. You pay the monthly fare to VanWala, and we pay the driver after deducting our 20% platform fee — the price you accept is the price you pay.
Will I know when my child is picked up?
Yes. The driver taps "Pick Up" and "Drop Off" for each child, and you instantly receive a notification with the time and location. You can also follow the van live on the map.
Can my child also track the van?
Yes. From "My Children" you can create a student login so your child receives the same pickup and drop-off alerts on their own phone.
Is VanWala only for schools?
No — we serve schools, colleges, universities and office staff pick-and-drop across Pakistan.
